SYMPHONY OF ARTISTRY AND TECHNOLOGY
From the dentist who plans and performs the treatment to the dental technician who finishes your crowns, we have all the specialists you need working hand-in-hand under one roof. We employ modern equipment and state-of-the-art technology to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment and optimal results. Our dental lab is located right where it does you the most good – in the dental clinic, so you can discuss your needs and questions directly with the dental technician during treatment. This saves valuable time and also ensures close coordination so that your dental restorations turn out just the way you envisioned, with the perfect form, colour and appearance: SIMPLY PERFECT.
„THE BUILDING BLOCKS OF YOUR NEW SMILE ARE MADE IN OUR IN-HOUSE DENTAL LAB.”

HIGH TECH & PRECISION
Ours is a service-oriented, flexible and high-tech laboratory offering a broad spectrum of technology and services ranging from the basics all the way to sophisticated support for implantology and zircon oxide restorations. We specialise in particularly demanding technical designs, implantology treatment or aesthetically sophisticated restorations. We use only top-quality material that allows us to create restorations that perfectly mimic the appearance of healthy teeth. All materials are biocompatible, allergy tested and certified. We use high-tech CAD/CAM technology to achieve precise and aesthetic results. CAD/CAM technology allows us, for example, to prepare all-ceramic restorations, something that previously wasn’t possible.
Crowns and bridges have traditionally been fabricated as porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) systems which must then be adjusted to fit. The disadvantages of traditional methods: PFM restorations offer a less aesthetic result, often leaving a visible metallic rim at the margin of the crown. Irreversible tooth preparation (grinding away) and allergies triggered by chemical reactions can also be an issue. However, the use of ceramic zircon oxide has made this a thing of the past. The material is natural tooth colour, fully biocompatible, highly durable and strong. This high-performance ceramic makes it possible to create restorations so natural looking that they cannot be distinguished from natural teeth. CAD/CAM technology also offers advantages in terms of speed of production. Restorations can be created much faster using CAD/CAM technology than with the traditional methods.
CREATING YOUR SMILE FROM A BLANK SLATE
Still, your new teeth are an idea. To make this idea a reality, our precision machines machine the ceramic blank so that it fits perfectly. The processing by hand creates from the accurately fitting blanks your dream teeth — every time anew a dental masterpiece.
What comes out of precision milling machines fits in perfectly with the technology. In order for your dentures to look like a natural tooth and fit in with you as a human being, the last step is missing the individualization. Only trained master hands refine the precisely fitting blanks in form, color and aesthetics to individual works of art — THE TEETH OF YOUR DREAMS.
BIOCOMPATIBLE TOOTH RESTORATION: AS HEALTHY AS THE ORIGINAL
These days, the human body is exposed to a host of toxins and contaminates. Toxins from the environment lead to allergies and weaken the immune system, making us susceptible to disease. Toxins in materials used in dental treatment can also be harmful. For this reason, modern dentistry uses biocompatible materials. In the past, heavy metals such as mercury and metal alloys were commonly used. Mercury is toxic to the human body and its use is no longer recommended. Ceramic fillings, however, are completely safe.
In addition to being visually aesthetic, ceramic also offers a high level of biocompatibility and positive physical characteristics. Zirconium oxide is the material of choice for restorations of the highest quality. Extremely durable and highly biocompatible, it is ideal for crowns, bridges, particularly in combination with dental implants. Our in-office dental lab fabricates ceramic restorations using advanced CAD/CAM technology to ensure an exact fit and excellent material properties. No other material offers such visual and physical compatibility with the natural tooth.
